Deep Breath Tisane

$16.00
Sold Out!

Nourish the airways, breathe deep, clear congestion, support cough and spasm*

A wildfire season friend & soothing respiratory tonic for opening space to breathe through dryness & smoky skies.

I first crafted this blend in 2020 when we were on a wildfire evacuation line, running steams for weeks at a time to mitigate the smoke that settled in. This one is a friend for nourishing the lungs and finding a moment’s ease amidst climate chaos.

Marshmallow + Licorice + Violet are moistening & mineralizing to circulate the lymph, ease spasm and support inflammation in the chest.

Oatstraw + Linden are calming & nourishing to sustain energy and lift spirits when the world feels overwhelming.

Elderflower + Anise Hyssop gently loosen & move respiratory stagnation & transform patterns of grief held in the lungs.

Notes: minty, floral, anise, aromatic, meadow, honey

Personally I really enjoy this blend as an airy Libra stellium & dry-tending former smoker whose relationship to smoke medicine, breath & respiratory health has shifted a lot over the years.
